At Paper and Pixel, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality printing services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Returns and Exchanges
- Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part (e.g., printing error, incorrect item).
- Non-Customized Items: For non-customized items, returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition.
2. Refunds
- Order Errors: If an error has been made by Paper and Pixel (e.g., incorrect design, size, or color), we will reprint the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos showing the issue. We will either reprint the item or issue a refund.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production, and cancellations may not be possible.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at info@thepaperpixels.com. Include your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
